CasaCrow is committed to making our website and application usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every homeowner deserves full access to the tools that help them protect their biggest investment.
Our conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
What we do
- Design with sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Support full keyboard navigation, including visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Label form fields, buttons, and dialogs so they work with screen readers.
- Respect your operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
- Audit new features against WCAG 2.1 AA as part of our development process.
Known limitations
Some third-party content we rely on (for example, our payment provider’s hosted checkout) is outside our direct control. We choose vendors who publish their own accessibility commitments, and we welcome reports about any part of the experience.

If you encounter any difficulty using CasaCrow with assistive technology, or have a suggestion for how we can improve, please tell us. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within two business days.

When reporting, it helps to include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — but a simple description is enough for us to start.
